At White Mountain Ski Co, we want you to be fully confident in your gear; if you are not satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all tags are attached and equipment remains in its original, unmounted condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that skis, boots, or apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
